Fieldtrips: suggest that the school just send home a note to inform parents of the cost and have parents who are able make a donation towards those trips.
Departments and cooking: donation of ingredients vs. finding the $ so students can have the experience of shopping themselves

Melissa has some contacts who might help organize fundraising events for percentage.
Carl is talking to John Glasoe about getting a lawyer to help us establish a foundation for our school.
Melissa needs a calendar, whats happening list, how can the partners help, what do we need, etc. for newsletter. She can also post flyers.
Gerri will follow up on the Ralphs letter.
Gerri and Carl will meet to discuss partnership possibilities.
