Indonesian Cooking for
Odalan and Slametan

We've learned to make some delicious foods from Indonesia. You might like to try them too. Click on the links for the recipe.

For Odalan we went shopping with Ibu Putu to buy our ingredients for Nasi Goreng--which is an Indonesian fried rice, and Sayur Tumis--Indonesian stir fried vegetables

For Slametan we made a yellow coconut rice dish called Nasi Kunning, and Beef Sate, and Peanut Sauce.
