Well, here we are all packed and ready for the next adventure.
December 2002

(Phil, Gingerlily, Alison, Janet, Krista, & Tami say goodbye to the old place)

We loved our old schoolhouse and Museum.

We have lots of great memories there.

But now we are excited to see our new home built.

(Plans for the new Museum)

We moved from our site on Union Street.

It was once the old Union Ice House.

Our temporary location, 211 Maple, is close to Balboa Park.

Thank you parents (especially Gary and Jeff) who helped us move our kitchen over to the site on Maple.
It looks and works beautifully!

On May 19, 2003, we finally had the groundbreaking.

Mayor Dick Murphy was there.

Here come the shovels. (Look! The schoolhouse is gone!)

And now for the BIG SHOVEL.

Can't wait till it's finished!
If all goes as scheduled we should be in our new home come Spring 2005.
See you there!
